Daniel Goleman is a scientist whose research expertise is in emotional intelligence. Aspects of emotional intelligence are the key factors in successful leadership. These skills are critical to your growth as a TL, EL and onwards. Effective leadership is imperative to increase mission completion and bring home the survivor, evader, patient.
